Return & Refund Policy

At Gaya By Gayendri- Online store, we believe in creating a great online, hassle-free shopping experience e-store platform for all our customers. If you ever have to make an exchange with us, we have a convenient exchange policy for your benefit. As per our Exchange T&C policy we do not accept refunds.

 

Step 1: Simply contact by writing an email to contactus@gayabygayendri.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

 

Step 2: Once your request is approved by our Team, we will inform you the stock availability and with your approval, we will place an exchange order on your behalf and note the items to be sent in exchange. If the stocks aren't available on particular colour or size, we will inform you via email.

 

Step 3: In case you've requested item(s) in exchange, our delivery agent will pick up exchange item(s) from your doorstep and deliver the fresh order. The additional handling charges (courier charges for return & resent) should be handled by the customer.

Exchange Terms and Conditions

In-case of exchange…

 

Exchanges are done only within 7 days from the purchased date.

 

All items should be new, unused, and with all GBG brand tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

 

The purchased item(s) are the customer's responsibility until they reach the store. The company requests the customer to ensure that the items are in good order for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store.

 

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price, if needed. If the new item's value is less than the previous item's value, the balance will not be refunded.

 

All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange policy.

 

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we do not accept exchange and have to send it back to you. In this case, you will have to bear up the restocking fee (Courier charges).

 

An additional Rs.300 will be charged for every exchange order, which will take within 14 days after the request for an exchange has been placed.

 

Purchases made at the in- store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the stall.

 

Items marked with the Sale label cannot be exchanged.

 

We do not provide cash backs or refunds.

In-case of receiving a damaged item…

In the event of receiving a garment with a manufacturing defect, the exchange will be done free of charge within 3 days since receiving the said item.

 

All exchange items will be inspected, once we received and before we can complete an exchange request. The purchases should be unworn/ unused despite of the damage for an exchange.

 

The purchased item(s) are the customer's responsibility until they reach the store. The company requests the customer to ensure that they're packed up in original condition for an exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store.

 

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock. If the price varies, making a payment for the difference in price. No refunds are accepted.

 

Purchases made at the physical store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the store.

 

Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged.
